Listening and Reading Actively

Today in class we covered how to synthesise notes from reading and listening to write academic texts. This is a skill that requires practice.

The following websites offer advice from different universities on how best to do this:

Read the advice, and a make a list of your own personal tips for Note-taking from Listening to lectures and Reading academic texts

    Point:I agree with Princeton that we need to read our notes again after the class.

    Evidence:In the book"Your College Experience: Strategies for Success",whose author are John N. Gardner,A. Jerome Jewler,Betsy O. Barefoot.
    They said if we read the note and textbook again after class, we can find more information which we did not notic in the class.

    Explain:So, we can read notes after class to help us remember and find more question.
